Drug Regimen Review Policy

CMS requires that all patients have a completed drug regimen review (DRR) performed each time a comprehensive assessment is completed, and as needed to accommodate changes in the patient’s medication regimen that occur between comprehensive assessment time points. This policy guides the clinician through the process and includes high risk medication assessment.
