The learning outcome of this education activity is to enhance knowledge of two important changes in the Quality of Patient Care (QoPC) Star Rating quality measures for the Home Health Registered Nurse and other home health professionals in the area of compliance & quality by addressing CMS’ guidance as it pertains to the “Improvement in Management of Oral Medications” outcome measure and the reporting period associated with the claims-based “Acute Care Hospitalization” outcome measure as evidenced by positive feedback on activity evaluation.
All you will need to participate is a telephone, a computer with internet connection, and a room large enough for your staff. Your registration fee covers one phone & computer connection. You may have an unlimited number of attendees participating at one single location. For additional sites, please register separately.
